Booking is done online via our online reservation system called Birrdi. You can reserve your SIM time, manage your bookings, and pay for them using this simple online system. As it gets close to your appointment, you will be sent an access code to enter the building and the SIM lounge.

You will receive confirmations from our Birrdi booking software for your booking. Shortly before you arrive at the lounge you will receive a txt message with a code to get into the main building and the SIM room. The codes are the same. To use the exterior door, enter in your code and hit #. From there, spin the lock clockwise to unlock the exterior door (it may be open already, just pull on it). For the interior SIM room door, push on the touchscreen lock until it illuminates and then enter in your code and press the checkmark in the bottom right corner. That will open the door. When you close the interior door, it locks from the outside, so maybe leave it open while you play. If you remember to lock the exterior door when you leave, that would be appreciated. You simply enter in your code again, press # and then spin it counter-clockwise to lock it again. 

Yes, you can call 701-730-5974 if you need help and the owner will be happy to assist. If you have any issues or significant delays using the SIM, refunds will be given. We want you to love using the lounge!

We will also have helpers nearby if there are any problems that can't be solved over the phone. If they are unavailable, refunds/credits, etc will be given until we can fix what's broken.

Yes, download the GolfZon app from your phone's app store and create an account. It makes logging into the SIM a lot easier. When you arrive and open the GolfZon launcher app, you will see a code you can input into the GolfZon app that will log you into the SIM.

No, the GolfZon SIM has an auto-tee feature and we just stocked the sim with about 8 dozen Kirkland golf balls. We do NOT want people to use their own balls and tees as that's how the screen gets dirty. 

Yes, you can but this goes for all shoes, they need to be clean. Please no metal spikes and please don't wear muddy or wet shoes into the SIM area. Playing in your socks is fun too :)

Definitely, the SIM has a really fun Arcade mode if you don't want to play traditional golf games. The arcade games are golf centric and really addicting. We do ask parents to monitor their kids if they come to the SIM because there's a lot of expensive equipment in use. 

Yes we offer both individual and group memberships as well as punch cards. 

Individual memberships are good for 1 person to use the SIM. If you plan to bring friends, we recommend you purchase a group membership so your friends can come with you!

We also offer punch cards where you get a discount on hours when purchased in bundles of 10 and 20.

Yes, if you can use a computer, you can use this SIM. When you enter the lounge:

1. Turn on the lights. 

2. Turn on the TV and Projector.

3. Turn on the computer and let it load. 

4. Click on GolfZon Launcher on the Desktop or GolfZon Arcade.

It helps greatly if you take the time to download the GolfZon App on Android or IOS. It makes logins very easy and it also tracks your stats when you use the main GolfZon Launcher app!

Yes, there are snacks in the lounge that you can purchase and pay for using Venmo. In time, we are working on being able to serve beer and wine. Look for updates on that in the lounge as we navigate regulations with the city of Litchfield. 

Yes! We designed the lounge in mind to be...well....a LOUNGE, ha! It's comfy in there with a large Roku powered TV and a couch for relaxing. If you have family, friends, or kids that want to come sit and relax while you play, please bring them and have fun. We do ask that you use common sense and be respectful.

Yes, we actually hope people want to rent the lounge for private events. The projector can be turned into a large Roku TV with surround sound for watching movies or with enough notice we could hook up a gaming system too. Absolutely, this is a self service golf lounge. You need to return the lounge to the same condition as when you arrived. If you do not do this, you will be billed $50 for cleaning and or banned from future bookings. When you are done with the SIM, please throw away your garbage, recycle what you can, turn off the lights/projector, and power down the computer. Just like you might at home. Treat the lounge like you own it and it will be fun for everyone for years to come!

Yes the entire building is monitored on CCTV so please don't do anything that would embarrass your parents! 

Yes, there is a restroom down the hall that you can use. 

GolfZon is the best simulator technology in the world and the most advanced SIM in central MN.

Yes, we plan to offer a league this Winter once we get our feet wet and iron out any early kinks. In time, it's possible we'll add a few more simulators featuring GSPro software and run both a GolfZon and GSPro league.

Yes we do, we have a full set of right/left handed adult clubs you can use as well as some clubs for kids and adolescents. 

No, with the exception of parties and events. While we do offer snacks for sale, there's this feeling that keeping the lounge clean since it's self-service is important. If you need an exception to this policy, just call/txt/email us. 

It is your responsibility to manage your own booking within the Birrdi booking system. You can make reservations, cancel reservations, and modify your reservations in the app. We do not have any specific cancellation policies. If we catch members creating reservations and not showing up, you will be charged for a no show. 

The GolfZon software supports six people playing at the same time. Can you play with more, sure, but you can't have more than 6 logged in at a time. 

While the owner does golf a lot, he's definitely not good enough to teach you anything well enough to make you sustainably better. That said, GolfZon does have a great driving range feature that you can use to practice specific shots.
